Captain Clinton R. Adams, CH-46E Sea Knight pilot, Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 364 (Rein.), 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, displays items donated to the unit for Christmas in the hangar bay of the USS Peleliu, Dec. 14. The gifts were donated to the unit by Operation Santa, a charity group coordinated through the unit’s family readiness officer to provide stockings to deployed servicemembers. The 15th MEU is deployed as part of the Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group as a U.S. Central Command theater reserve force, providing support for maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility. Adams, 26, is from Newport News, Va.
