U.S. Marine Lt. Col. Wilfred Rivera congratulates his Marines after completing Mountain Exercise 2014 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center in Bridgeport, Calif., Sept. 8, 2014. Rivera is the commanding officer for CLB-15. The training ensures the Marines are prepared to operate in mountainous terrain if the need arises while deployed with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
