U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Kenneth Klee passes a barrel down an obstacle at a leadership reaction course aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii, May 18, 2015. Klee is part of the security element with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Maritime Raid Force. At the LRC, the Marines were split into random teams, consisting of both Force Reconnaissance Marines and security element Marines, challenging them to work together in groups they are unfamiliar with. This course is designed to make sure everyone can work both as a leader and as a member of a team. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Anna Albrecht/Released)
