ARABIAN GULF (July 4, 2015) U.S. Marine Sgt. Leclair Harris holds the American Flag during an Independence Day ceremony aboard the dock landing ship USS Rushmore (LSD 47). Harris is a combat engineer with Combat Logistics Battalion 15, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit. Marines with CLB- 15, 15th MEU, read the Declaration of Independence in observation of the Fourth of July and later celebrated with an American style barbeque on the flight deck. The 15th MEU is embarked on the Essex Amphibious Ready Group and deployed to maintain regional security in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
