CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Sept. 6, 2015) U.S. Marines with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, alongside other service members, run a 5K race aboard Camp Lemonnier. The Marines used the race to build camaraderie, acclimatize to Djibouti’s temperatures, and stay fit. Elements of the 15th MEU are preparing to conduct bilateral training with the 5th Overseas Combined Arms Regiment (RIAOM) in Djibouti in order to improve interoperability between the MEU and the French military.
