CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Sept. 15, 2015) U.S. Marines with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Force Reconnaissance Detachment and French paratroopers parachute out of a French SA 330 Puma helicopter. Elements of the 15th MEU are conducting bilateral training with the French 5th Overseas Combined Arms Regiment (RIAOM) and other French forces in Djibouti in order to improve interoperability between the MEU and the French military.
