ARTA TRAINING RANGE, Djibouti (Oct. 7, 2015) U.S. Marines with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit and soldiers with the French 5th Overseas Combined Arms Regiment (RIAOM) stand in formation during the desert survival and tactics course pinning ceremony.
