A U.S. Marine with Charlie Company, Battalion Landing Team 1/4, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit fast-ropes from an MV-22 Osprey with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 164 (Reinforced), 15th MEU, aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8).
